ARE YOU IN A ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIP? DO YOU HAVE BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER AND WANT TREATMENT?

You and you partner may be eligible to participate in a clinical trial that involves receiving free online psychotherapy if you meet the following criteria:

1.     You have a romantic partner who is also able and willing to participate in a treatment study for up to 9 months.
2.     You and your partner are above the age of 18.
3.     You and your partner live in Ontario.
4.     You and your partner are willing to complete online interviews and questionnaires about emotions, thoughts, and behaviours.
5.     You or your partner has borderline personality disorder (or thinks they might)
Eligible couples will receive free psychotherapy either together or separately, and will be asked to complete assessments about their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. 
The psychotherapy will be free of cost and will be administered by trained therapists. Eligible participants may be paid up to CAD$288 for their participation.

​SAGE (formerly known as COMPASS) — A Borderline Personality Disorder Intervention for Couples
We are currently recruiting for this research study to examine the safety, feasibility, and efficacy of a novel, brief couple intervention aimed to reduce self-injurious thoughts and behaviours and enhance relationship satisfaction in couples where one individual has borderline personality disorder (BPD). ​

​COUPLE HOPES — An Online PTSD Intervention for Couples
You may be eligible to participate in a research study testing an online program designed to improve posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), intimate relationships, and the health and well-being of both partners: Couple HOPES (Helping Overcome PTSD and Enhance Satisfaction).

We are currently recruiting couples for this study where at least one partner is experiencing PTSD symptoms or struggling with stress in relation to a COVID-19 event. Please visit the Couple HOPES website to complete eligibility screening.
