Victoria Donkin received her B.A. in psychology and a double minor in philosophy and English literature at Toronto Metropolitan University. She is currently completing her MSW specializing in Indigenous trauma and resiliency. Victoria has acquired research experience specific to post-traumatic stress disorder, interpersonal relationships, suicide prevention, borderline personality disorder and culturally informed interventions. She is interested in using these experiences to develop and provide access to culturally adaptive interventions for race-based and intergenerational trauma and PTSD specific to BIPOC communities; to bridge the current gaps in services and treatments offered.
