She has extensive experience developing and testing interventions, including interventions for couples, families, and students, and using in-person, remote, group, and digital platforms. In her dissertation project, she developed an app-based intervention to improve the sleep of college students. Dr. Latham is currently overseeing the TULiP Lab’s Feeling Connected Study, a study focused on learning about helpful and unhelpful communication styles between suicidal or self-injuring individuals and their partners. In addition to her contributions to intervention research, Dr. Latham is a licensed psychologist in California and currently in supervised practice in Ontario. She is passionate about delivering evidence-based mental health treatment and has a strong interest in clinical training.
